# Create your organization

#### Sign up

Go to [app.qosel.com](https://app.qosel.com) and create an account with your work email, or continue with an OAuth provider.

#### Tell us about your company

After your first sign-in, a short setup form asks about your role, industry, and company size. This tailors defaults to your team — nothing here is permanent.

#### Choose your organization slug

Pick a short identifier for your organization, such as `acme`. You'll see a live preview of your careers site address as you type:

acme.qosel.com
```

Your slug becomes a public URL that candidates will see, so choose something recognizable — usually your company name.

#### Complete the setup guide

A step-by-step setup guide walks you through the essentials — inviting teammates, reviewing your pipeline, and preparing your first job. You can skip any step and return later; the guide stays available until everything is done.

## Where things live

Once inside the dashboard you'll find three main areas in the navigation:

| Area           | What it covers                                                                              |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Hiring**     | Jobs, applications, candidates, campaigns, analytics, and hiring settings                   |
| **Onboarding** | Employees, onboarding workflows, tasks, documents, and forms                                |
| **Settings**   | Organization-wide settings — members, departments, offices, billing, security, integrations |
