# Invite your team

Hiring is a team sport. Invite recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers so notes, scorecards, and approvals all happen in one place.

## Send invitations

#### Open member settings

Go to **Settings → Members** and choose to invite a new member.

#### Enter their email and role

Each invitation is tied to a specific email address and role. The invitee receives an email with a secure link.

#### They accept — that's it

The invitation link works whether or not the person already has a Qosel account:

* **Existing account** — they sign in and are added to your organization automatically.
* **New user** — they create an account with the invited email (the email field is locked to prevent mix-ups), then land directly in your organization.

Invitation links are signed and expire for security. If one lapses, just send a new invitation.

## Roles and permissions

Qosel ships with standard admin and member roles, and you can define finer-grained **team roles** under **Settings → Team roles** — for example a *Hiring manager* role that can review candidates and submit scorecards for their own jobs without touching organization settings.

Interviewers don't need broad access. Give them a role that covers reviewing candidates and submitting scorecards — Qosel's permissions keep everything else out of sight.
