When you’re ready to close a candidate, Qosel manages the offer end to end — drafting, internal approval, delivery, and the candidate’s response.

Prepare offer templates

Create templates under Hiring → Settings → Offer templates with your standard terms and branding. Templates keep offers consistent and cut drafting to minutes.

Create and send an offer

1

Draft from the application

From the candidate’s profile, create an offer from a template. Fill in the specifics: base salary, currency and pay period, signing bonus, stock options, benefits, start date, and an expiration date.

2

Route for approval

If your organization requires it, the offer goes through an internal approval chain before anything reaches the candidate. Approvers are notified and can approve or deny with comments.

3

Send it

Once approved, send the offer. The candidate receives a secure personal link where they can review the full offer and accept or decline online — no printing, no scanning.

4

Handle the response

Acceptance moves the application toward Hired — and can trigger onboarding automatically. If the candidate declines, Qosel records a structured reason (compensation, competing offer, timing…) so you learn from every loss.

Negotiations and versions

Need to revise terms? Each edit creates a new version of the offer, preserving the full history of what was offered and when. You can also withdraw an offer, with the reason recorded.
